Demand & Job Offer
Receive demand letters and job offers from foreign employers, outlining job positions, qualifications, and working conditions.

Government Process
Submit job offers to the Ministry of Labour and follow the legal process for obtaining approval and endorsements.

Interview
Organize and conduct interviews between selected candidates and foreign employers or their representatives.

Contract, Medical Check & FWCMS
Sign employment contracts, undergo medical check-ups, and complete biometric registration through FWCMS or other systems.

Departure
Arrange pre-departure orientation, visa stamping, and flight bookings. Assist workers until safe departure to the destination country.
